On the subject of new guides, we recently got notice of a Warrior's Guide to Smushing Things by Ibuprofin, who I assume by his pleasant demeanor must be a troll. In addition to being rather humorous it also provides some good information for starting out as a warrior. You can find it hosted at Compak's Cave which is also worth checking out if you're looking for a good laugh.

Those with a house or a guild may have noticed that, despite a Housing And Guilds Team Lead position having been created due to popular demand, no one is in said position. So I've written a report myself. Lest there be some confusion, let me state this out front: I am NOT the Housing & Guild TL. NO ONE is the Housing & Guild TL. This report is entirely unofficial, and gathered from the wishes expressed in posts by users of various message boards relating to the subject. With that said, you can read it here.

In case you missed the news this week on the Herald and on other sites, here's what's been happening...

The Prima Strategy Guide for Trials of Atlantis is available for purchase at your favorite retailer (online or off) and at the Mythic store.

The New Frontiers (the official name of the free RvR expansion, previously just called Frontiers) subsite is up at the Herald. It includes the maps of new Midgard and Hibernia zones we've already seen, as well as one of Albion and an overview of how the three fit together.

Mythic confirmed that there will be a reset of Relics when New Frontiers is launched.

Nick Yee has a couple new surveys/questionnaires up at the Daedalus Project, which seeks to understand our experiences with MMORPGs. There's a multiple-choice section that'll take around 5 minutes to complete, and an open-ended question section that might take a little longer. You can find both here.
